  1. Cancellation Policy: Customers can cancel an order within 24 hours of placing it, after which the order cannot be cancelled as it would have already been processed for shipment.   2. Refund Policy: a. Wrong Product Delivered: In the event that the website delivers a product that is different from what the customer ordered, the website will initiate a refund or offer an exchange once the product is returned. b. Damaged Product Delivered: If the product is delivered to the customer in a damaged condition, they should contact the Bong Style customer service team (WhatsApp - 9339512098, Email - bongstyle.com@gmail.com) within 48 hours of receiving the product. The website will initiate a refund or offer an exchange once the product is returned. c. Defective Product Delivered: If the product is found to be defective or damaged after delivery, customers should contact the website's customer service team (WhatsApp - 9339512098, Email - bongstyle.com@gmail.com) within 7 days of receiving the product. The website will initiate a refund or offer an exchange once the product is returned. d. Other Reasons for Refund: In case a customer wants to return a product for any other reason such as sizing, Quality issues, they can initiate the return within 7 days of receiving the product. The product must be unused and in its original condition. A refund will be initiated after the product is returned to the website but Return Shipping Charges Rs. 120 Deducted and Remaing amount refunded .
